1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 채널 ‘깊이의 기술’ 운영자가 만든 개인용 업로드 도구 ‘깊이의 기술 업로더’(이하 “도구”)에 적용됩니다. 도구의 유일한 사용자는 채널 운영자 본인입니다.

This policy applies to “깊이의 기술 업로더” (the “Tool”), a private upload tool made by the owner of the YouTube channel “The Art of Depth”. The channel owner is the Tool’s only user.

2. YouTube API 서비스 사용

도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 도구를 사용하면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것이며, Google이 처리하는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

The Tool uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and information processed by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. 접근·사용하는 정보

OAuth 인증을 통해 운영자 본인 YouTube 채널에 대한 권한(scope: youtube)을 받습니다.
채널 이름과 ID를 조회해, 업로드 대상 채널이 맞는지 확인하는 데만 사용합니다.
운영자가 제작한 영상·제목·설명·태그를 업로드하고, 운영자 채널의 재생목록을 조회·생성해 영상을 추가합니다.
다른 사용자의 개인정보, 댓글, 구독자 정보, 시청 기록 등은 요청하거나 수집하지 않습니다.

Through OAuth the Tool is granted access to the owner’s own YouTube channel (scope: youtube). It reads the channel name and ID only to confirm the upload target, uploads videos with their title, description and tags produced by the owner, and lists/creates the owner’s playlists to add those videos. It does not request or collect any other user’s personal data, comments, subscriber data or watch history.

4. 저장·보관

OAuth 인증 토큰은 운영자 PC의 로컬 파일에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 도구는 YouTube에서 받은 데이터를 별도 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며, 업로드 결과(영상 URL)만 운영자 PC에 기록합니다.

OAuth tokens are stored only in a local file on the owner’s computer and are never sent to any other server. The Tool does not store YouTube API data in any database; it only records the resulting video URL locally.

5. 제3자 제공

도구가 접근한 정보는 어떤 제3자와도 공유·판매·제공되지 않습니다.

Information accessed by the Tool is not shared with, sold to or disclosed to any third party.

6. 권한 철회

언제든지 Google 계정 보안 설정의 ‘타사 앱 액세스’에서 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 로컬에 저장된 토큰은 더 이상 사용할 수 없으며, 운영자는 토큰 파일을 삭제합니다.

Access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page. After revocation the locally stored token no longer works and the owner deletes the token file.

7. 데이터 삭제

도구가 로컬에 보관하는 정보는 OAuth 토큰 파일과 업로드한 영상의 URL 기록뿐입니다. 권한을 철회하거나 도구 사용을 중단하면 운영자는 7일 이내에 토큰 파일과 기록을 삭제합니다. 삭제 요청은 아래 문의 주소로 보낼 수 있습니다. YouTube에 업로드된 영상과 재생목록은 YouTube Studio에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

The only data the Tool keeps locally is the OAuth token file and a record of uploaded video URLs. When access is revoked or the Tool is no longer used, the owner deletes the token file and records within 7 days. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below. Uploaded videos and playlists can be deleted directly in YouTube Studio.
